Website & Email Migration Terms
The details behind the free migration offer. Please review eligibility and any separately quoted technical work before authorizing a transfer.

Your accepted quotation and applicable written service terms determine the final scope.
Who qualifies
New customers on qualifying annual OnHypp shared-hosting packages receive free transfer of one compatible existing website, its ordinary database and standard associated mailboxes when requested within 30 calendar days of activation. OnHypp may approve an extension. Existing OnHypp Shared Hosting customers upgrading to OnHypp VPS receive free transfer of all existing hosted websites, associated databases and compatible mailboxes, without a 30-day deadline. Free does not mean unlimited disk, server capacity or applications.
Included in eligible free migrations
We review source access and compatibility, create and check an appropriate backup where technically possible, transfer agreed compatible files/database/mailboxes, coordinate routine DNS and SSL and verify basic website, database and email function. Mailbox count has no separate transfer fee; destination account limits, storage, inodes, CPU/RAM and system compatibility still apply. Standard compatible Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 mailbox-history transfers may be included; calendar/contact data, complex integration and specialist configuration require a separate agreed scope.
When additional work is charged
Additional websites into eligible shared hosting: RM50 per straightforward automated site, RM100 per site needing manual database/rewrite/configuration work, RM150+ for custom or complex sites. New VPS customers migrating from external hosts: RM150 for a standard same-control-panel move; RM250 for a manual Linux stack; RM350–RM500+ for complex applications, Docker or multi-site configurations. Existing-customer technical domain/URL remapping requiring database and redirect work: RM250; routine DNS support remains included. Standalone email-only migration into eligible OnHypp email hosting: RM50 standard, RM150 intermediate, RM250+ complex, per job, not per mailbox. No external-to-external transfers are offered. Every paid job requires technical assessment and customer acceptance of the quote first; hosting/domain/licence subscriptions are separate.
Paid migrations: large data
A single RM100 oversized-data surcharge applies to a paid migration job only if any threshold is exceeded: website files over 15GB, database over 3GB or over 200,000 files/inodes. The fee is never multiplied for multiple triggers. No oversized-data fee applies to eligible free new shared-hosting migrations or Shared Hosting to VPS upgrades. If the chosen hosting plan cannot safely accommodate a free migration, only the separately accepted hosting plan upgrade price difference applies.
Backups, timing and verification
OnHypp will minimize downtime where feasible, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted websites, email or e-commerce orders. We create and verify appropriate migration backups where technically possible. Customers provide authorized access and retain independent backups of critical information. We do not delete original source data or cancel prior hosting without specific authorization. We check key pages, database connectivity, DNS/SSL and basic email sending/receiving when applicable; customers verify checkout, bookings and other business-specific integrations.
Review, corrections and retention
Please report migration-related defects within 7 calendar days after the completion notice. Verified errors caused by OnHypp's original migration work are corrected without charge, including when discovered later after fair review. Unrelated changes or new requirements are separately scoped and quoted. Temporary migration backup copies are access-restricted and retained for 30 calendar days after completion, then securely removed subject to applicable law or agreement; this does not affect original source data or ordinary plan backups. Failed/partial transfers are reviewed and further paid work needs prior approval. Accepted quotation and applicable general service terms govern the order; established contracts are not changed retrospectively.
