EXISTING ONHYPP HOSTING CUSTOMER
RM250
RM250 preferred migration rate
For an existing OnHypp hosting customer changing or upgrading their OnHypp hosting. One standard eligible website migration; subject to assessment.
What a standard migration covers
- A pre-migration compatibility and access review
- Transfer of one compatible website and its applicable files/database
- Basic SSL/DNS transition and post-migration website checks
Email mailbox transfers, redesign, custom development, specialist integrations and ongoing server management are not automatically included. Preserve independent backups before any cutover.
Complex stores or VPS moves
E-commerce stores with live orders, payment integrations, or specialised VPS requirements need a technical assessment and a separately agreed scope and price. Neither FREE nor RM250 automatically covers complex migration work. No zero-downtime guarantee is made.
