Who we are

Enquiries and contact links

OnHypp uses the name, business enquiry and contact details you provide to respond to that request. A request for one eligible complimentary assessment requires a public website or existing Google Business Profile URL plus at least one contact method: email OR an international-format WhatsApp number. OnHypp may use the chosen details to check eligibility, discuss the findings and arrange the requested report. Providing both contact methods does not authorize unrelated messages or a newsletter subscription. Separate recommendations/service follow-up permission is optional and unchecked by default. Never submit passwords, payment-card details or sensitive account information.

The contact and audit forms submit to an OnHypp-controlled service only when online forms are enabled and secure verification succeeds. If online submission is unavailable, a prepared email draft requires you to send it yourself; opening a draft does not submit an enquiry. An assistant interaction is not automatically an enquiry.

Former newsletter and marketing choices

New newsletter subscriptions are no longer requested through this website. Existing historical subscription confirmation and unsubscribe requests, where applicable, remain supported for account preferences and suppression. An enquiry or requested audit report is not marketing consent. The optional permission for a separate service follow-up is distinct from delivery of the report; it may be withdrawn by emailing hello@onhypp.com.

Optional cookies and measurement

Essential site functionality works without optional tracking. Cookie preferences are stored locally for up to 180 days. Analytics and marketing choices default to off and can be changed through Cookie preferences in the footer.

Analytics and marketing measurement remain off unless the owner authorizes a tested, privacy-compatible deployment and the visitor grants the relevant optional consent. Enquiry/report contents and contact details must not be sent to analytics or advertising events.

If separately activated and you choose Analytics, Microsoft Clarity may provide masked page-interaction recordings, click heatmaps and scroll patterns to help us improve usability; Cloudflare Web Analytics may collect limited page-visit and performance measurements. Both are optional third-party measurement services, not part of your enquiry or requested audit. OnHypp intends to mask forms and chat content, restrict sensitive URL tracking, and verify the providers' actual data collection before activation. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not require a change to your domain's DNS service.

When activated following your Analytics consent, Microsoft Clarity may collect interaction measurements such as clicks, scrolling and page navigation, and use session-replay, heatmap and similar technologies. Depending on its configuration and your consent, it can use first-party and third-party cookies or comparable tracking technologies. OnHypp and Microsoft process these measurements to understand site usage and improve the website; OnHypp does not need your audit request or contact details for this analysis. We intend to mask forms and chat content, but masking and provider settings must be validated before launch. Learn more about Microsoft's handling of data in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

We do not use automatic advanced matching. Withdrawing permission prevents future optional tracking; it does not recall data already sent. You can also remove stored cookies in your browser.

Service providers and storage

Hosting providers process technical requests such as IP addresses and access logs. When enabled and verified, OnHypp may process email addresses or WhatsApp telephone numbers supplied through the audit form using protected cPanel/PHP, authenticated Google Apps Script and restricted enquiry Sheets, including best-effort notifications to authorized OnHypp staff. This does not send WhatsApp messages automatically. Contacting you via WhatsApp involves WhatsApp's own service and applicable privacy practices. Separate audit follow-up permission and one-time audit communications must be kept distinct; historical newsletter suppression/opt-outs remain preserved. The AI assistant is not active until provider security, privacy and cost controls have been verified. Never submit credentials in chat.

These providers may process information outside Malaysia. Provider locations, access and safeguards should be confirmed before sensitive information is shared. We do not sell enquiry details.

Retention, security and your requests

We retain information for the enquiry, service, record-keeping and legal purposes for which it is needed, then review it for deletion or anonymisation. Access is limited to authorised business use. No internet service is completely risk-free.

You may ask to access or correct your details, withdraw marketing permission or request deletion at hello@onhypp.com. We may verify identity and explain any lawful or contractual reason to retain particular records. This notice does not promise immediate deletion of records that must be retained.

Material changes will be reflected in this notice and its update date. Your accepted service terms separately govern purchased services.
